Gella works in various media including commercial, arts, documentary, and emerging technologies.

Her background includes documentaries for The New York Times and PBS, educational content for the United Nations, journalistic content for CNN and NBC, national ad campaigns, digital campaigns, feature film, music videos, VR, and Puppet Heap’s ‘Marvie’ series for Sesame Studios.

She also has a practice as a visual artist, and has screened internationally at galleries and museums, including at the Museo de Arte Carrillo Gil.
